About Anne Rundle - Executive Director
Anne believes that wellness is a continuous journey of returning to one’s self. Guided by her studies in human development, Indigenous teachings, and Yoga she helps others find practical ways to support well-being.
Anne’s commitment to community is rooted in three decades of work with First Nations and early learning programs across Manitoba. She brings a deep understanding of community-centred wellness, trauma-informed practice, and culturally respectful facilitation.
Following an injury in 2022, Anne embarked on a study of holistic healing, blending movement and food as medicine. She is currently completing advanced yoga training as a Somatic Yoga Therapist, and draws on lived experience to support participants in reconnecting with their bodies, strengthening self-awareness, and restoring balance.
